Pisces Characteristics
With their deep cheerfulness but proclivity to get in their own way, Pisces is clearly a water sign. Their most commonly credited strength is their sensitive and sympathetic nature; they have a strong empathic streak that allows them to imagine themselves in the shoes of others, and they are adept at picking up on sentiments and mood fluctuations.
That is why many Pisceans are excellent listeners, highly understanding, and unselfish (maybe more than is healthy for them). They are typically bursting with imagination and are true dreamers who believe that any objective is feasible. Because of their innate sensitivity, they rely on their intuition for guidance – however, it is only fully reliable if they have control over their emotions.
Pisceans are more sensitive and touchy than other signs since they are more in tune with their emotions. However, they try to avoid conflict wherever feasible. Their dreamy temperament causes them to lack discipline and persistence, making them appear untidy and disorganized. That's not to say they don't have great plans – just the opposite! From the outside, their goals may appear unachievable, crazy, or made up. Despite their proclivity to delay decision-making, Pisceans rarely allow themselves to deviate from their goals once they've set them — no matter how hard others try to persuade them otherwise.
